A show cause notic for insubordination on the same day a hike was asked.

I am working on a remote field for a project from last 1 month. On March 12th, I requested leave from March 26th to April 10th from field due to personal reasons and to work from the Delhi main office. Sir replied on March 17th, allowing unspecified leave only when my colleague returned and refusing to cover travel costs. To accommodate, I proposed shortened leave from March 26th-28th, using 3 ELs, and arranging a substitute. Despite informing management of urgency on March 20th, they replied not approved but on same day I again informed them about the urgency for 3 days ELs and after that my emails went unanswered till now. On March 21st, I called sir regarding health issues (severe chest pain), but he deferred discussion. Following instructions, I left from the field when colleague returned on March 27th, ensuring site presence. Despite efforts to coordinate, a planned visit was missed which was scheduled by sir. On March 26th, I updated all relevant parties before departure and update sir about my leaving from site for 3 days. Despite continuous work and health concerns, my request for 3 days' leave resulted in a show cause notice on 30th March 2024. Despite informing via mail about a visit on March 30th, sir refused to meet me in Delhi office. Urgent health issues persisted, with management informed, yet I continued dedicated work. Despite fulfilling responsibilities and seeking support, a hike request via email on March 30th led to the show cause notice that I could get terminated or a legal action can be taken, which is disheartening considering my commitment to the company's growth and my sacrifices for its success. They give me the show cause notice that I didn't inform them about my leaves and my viste to the office om 30th of March. But I informed them multiple times about my urgency to take leaves and never recieved a reply after 20 March 2024. Now this is distrubing my mental health. What should I do, please guide me.
