Marriage Counselling

My younger sister got married 2 years ago. She takes one 5 mg anti depressant pill which we had told to the boy’s family and had showed them medicine before marriage. They were okay with this. The only evidence that I have for this is - I have an audio recording of boy’s chacha accepting the fact that they were informed before marriage. Boy’s father had passed away 2-3 years before marriage and now his chacha is head of the family. After 2 months of marriage, my sister got pregnant and she had to temporarily stop her pill, due to which she got anger issues and the couple had some fights. The boy left her at my parents home and forced for abortion and promised to accept her back once she is fine and he said that he doesn’t want baby. I have audio recording of that as well. 2-3 months after this, he refused to continue. Me and my family and even his family persuaded a lot but he threatened for suicide. Once they even mentioned to my father that their clan would not progress with my sister, but we don’t have evidence of that. Last week, his chacha came over and threatened that if we don’t agree for settlement, he will file a police case. My father was scared and worried and thus we filed a request in Mahila thana, to counsel the boy to continue with the marriage.
