Once property sold, anyone filing case / claim after sale can only file against new owner ?

When there is a claim by someone that they have share in a property and it was sold without their knowledge. Action will come against the original seller or the new buyer. The new buyer says he wants no indemnity and will sign a detailed MOU assuming all responsibility of any case comes he will fight at his cost and pay whatever resulting damages if any to any claimant or litigation person. So if i sell this like this with full written understanding from the buyer. Then civil wise no case can be put on me ? any legal steps can be taken on me ? or just to harrass me any malicious FIR can be filed and do police have rights to interfere in this. The person who is claiming share has no legal heirship, no identity proofs, nothing. But doing rowdisim methods only. This litigation person even tried and lost civil suit against me asking for injunction and court refused him saying no docs have solid evidence that hes eligible for claim. So that means court itself has refused to ban me from selling. So whats wrong in selling that too when buyer understands this scenario and willing to give MOU and take full legal responsibility. I have waited years and this scamster is only trying more and more illegal methods of intimation. Can police interfere with me after sale and can court take action against me or only the buyer.
