Salary unpaid

In [2023], I commenced employment with [Growth Owl], a position I entered into with the expectation of mutual professional respect and financial remuneration as agreed upon in my employment contract. However, it is with regret that I inform you of the company's failure to fulfill their financial obligations to me for the months of [Aug & September], amounting to a total unpaid salary of [90,000 INR] as the founder cited lack of funds and said there would be a delay in payment, since it was a startup we understood and also thought that the company will not survive and didn’t ask for anything when they officially announced the company would pause in October and in November we would know the status of the company and could take freelance gigs till then. Of course in November the company was shut down but the founder stated that he would take some time to pay back the salary as he is in debt. Despite my repeated attempts to address this issue amicably with my former employer, including numerous requests for payment and discussions promising resolution such as a monthly payment method, the company has ceased all communication and has effectively left me without the funds rightfully owed to me. I have meticulously maintained all relevant documentation and correspondence related to this matter, including but not limited to, employment contracts, email communications, and and conversation between my colleagues whose salary also remain unpaid regarding payment. Given these circumstances, I am reaching out to explore the possibility of sending a legal notice to my former employer in an effort to recover the unpaid wages. I am interested in understanding the legal avenues available to me, the likelihood of success in pursuing this matter, and, importantly, the associated costs involved in sending such a notice and potentially taking further legal action.
