Application seeking Bifurcation / Sub- Division of Patta / Chitta - Regards

I have purchased the schedule of the property land measuring to an extent of 94 cents obtained through e-Auction from State Bank of India (SBI) and was Identified by them while Inspection before purchasing is in all sub division of 0.63 Ares, Bifurcated to 0.38 Ares for the Survey No. 76/1A1B, A-Register. I am enclosing all the supporting documents for my possession of 94 Cents in my favour from the beginning since inception (1924) of SRO/Marakkanam, Registration Office to till date and all related Document for this Survey No. 76 1A 1B holding Transfer of property for 94 Cents from 1977 (i.e) from Lakshmi Ammal to P. Arumugam and then to Joseph Raj and then to SBI Bank, through (SARFASI, Act) and then to Me (R Raja) through e-Auction till date in my possession. The Land-grabbers manipulated the Boundary on the North side by including their names Lawyer Ram Mohan and Ashok Land without documents in record. Bribing and assisting by VAO who is hand in Gloves adopt different strategies to usurp the asset or create litigation, The menace of land-grabbing Fencing the land, or even securing it with a compound wall, might keep encroachers at bay. But these measures can hardly prevent but operate from behind the scenes, from usurping the property or creating litigation to demand a ransom by adopting various strategies. In spite of approaching several times to obtain PATTA for the above said Land for the past 4 years they continue to say in possession Bounded on the North by the Lawyer Ram Mohan and Ashok Land and saying only 80 cents is there in 1st Measuring (Oct-22) and again after approaching to Dist. Collector Villupuram, Grievance Cell on 27.02.23 (Receipt enclosed). The VAO is telling 77 Cent only in 2nd Measuring (April-23) and going on reducing & dilly dallying orally without any supporting documents for the claim of Possession and reducing the Measurement dereliction without any Inspection by the Competent Authority and delaying in giving PATTA since possession after Bidding from Nov 2019 and kept in abeyance for more than 4 years, without any records in hand repling less than 94 Cents to 80 Cents and then to 77 Cents when all the supporting documents old Patta - Lakshmi Ammal record has 94 Cent in all A-Register details & in Genuine & Loyalty PSU SBI - Bank records, they Bounded on the North are usurping the Land by encroaching the 17 Cents, I had applied for On Line Patta on 01.05.23 the VAO & DIS is rejecting and blocking the webSite. I am submitting all the relevant supporting documents, the dispute is still not resolved after being referred to all the Heads of the Institutions and referred to the Dispute Resolution Mechanism. The decision in this matters which are incidental or consequential to the arbitration clause final and binding on both the Parties. Kindly, to take Necessary Action in this regard for issue of Patta. without any further Delay by fixing Time Frame sir. Thanking you, R. Raja
