Property border dispute

Hi, I received a letter from Kerala court that my neighbor filed a petition against myself and my husband (joint owners) saying we have destroyed the lateral support of their boundary wall where the lateral support resides in our land. The court issued an injection order not to do any activities on our land until the matter is resolved, we were in the process of building a house on our property, to demolish the old house on the property, during this time the building workers removing the old rock stones of our old boundary wall, accidentally 2 stones of my neighbors fell off. We said we would pay off any loss, but they were not happy that they needed a permanent solution and that we would not destroy anything from their side. After talking to them on the phone as we are living outside of India, and it is not easy to attend any court case in Kerala, they agreed to withdraw the case if we pay their court expense( injection order expense) plus leave 3 feet of land from our property as a protection of their wall. We would like to know what we must do in due course, like the process of withdrawal of the case if that happens or how to move with this case. I am not able to find out the process to follow in this case. Please help
