My wife a psychopath is absconding with my baby boy
My wife a psychopath is absconding with my baby boy (15 months old) She has done it previously now done it again. I had applied for divorce on dec 2023 on grounds of cruelty, the reason she is aggressive, Verble and physical abuses, Caught her cheating on me many times and abuses my baby too. Her own mom committed suicide hanging her self and the reason was her.
After receiving the divorce notice on Dec 2023. The counselling happened and failed and now it’s a case. She demanded me to move her to a rented house. I agreed got her a rented house moved her on feb 11th 2024 close to my house (4km). I used to go every day. On march 4th she moved out without telling me. I used to not stay with her but go in the morning pick my son at 7:30 A.M, since she is working as a tutor in a nursing college. Evening I bring back my son at 6:00. I also used to do the dishes and wash babies and her cloths including her inners as she demanded.
When my baby was 4 months old she tossed him on the bed and said that she will kill him. I have audio recording of her torturing him and he screaming when I was not at home. In the audio you can clearly hear her yell at him saying you die you die and I guess she was trying to strangle him.
She hasn't breast feed the child from day one. He survived on powder milk.
Now I am worried since I have no clue where she is and I am from Bangalore. I guess she is in UP cause there are many medical colleges there. She is also been helped by her boy friend.
The moment I found she left the house I went to the police station but they wouldn’t take my missing compliant. From Jan to Feb 2024 I had to call the police 4 times to my house and also been to the station 5 – 8 times cause of her psychopathic behavior.
Police is of no help. After I found she is abusing my child and had it in the audio recording I complained to the child help line and they were not bothered. After repeated calls they came home asked her for a written statement that she would not hurt the child again. That’s it.
Child helpline also is of no use how can I see my child since she is not sharing the location and I am concerned about my child’s safety. He was very very attached to me and his grand parents. This month on 25th I have my first hearing, Can I ask the judge help in ordering her to share the location and give me visitation. She might or not be present on 25th for hearing. Please advice what can I do to see my son were ever he is.
