Husband wants divorce citing lack of trust, emotional support as reason

My husband is a mumma's boy and his mother doesn't like me too much. We quarreled a lot on things like attention, spending more time together and thinking about our future together. His mother and family have pften been rude and disrespectful towards me and my family. He shares every quarrel with his family who then involve me and my family and ask me why I behave like that. Also, in certain situations when I was emotional I have mentioned that we should get a divorce but I never meant it seriously. We were happy and going on dinners and outings till last month but one day while I was in my parents house he came with his family and announced that he wanted a divorce citing lack of trust, emotional support and respect as reason. I don't want to divorce him. We have been married for only an year. I am taking therapy and apologising for whenever my actions and words might have hurt him but now he says his decision is final and he has stopped talking to me at all or sleeping in the same room. He has started travelling outstation without informing me of his whereabouts. His mother has started misbehaving with me and asked me to leave her house (my marital home is on her name). Pls tell me: 1. Our arguments were because of emotions and stress. Can he file contested divorce based on these reasons? 2. He is sleeping in a different room but we eat meals together sometimes and engage in conversation sometimes. Will this period be counted as separation? 3. He and his family are pressurizing me to file for mutual divorce. What legal action can I take? 4. I have never abused him or hit him. I have never threatened him with false cases but he thinks I will do that. Can he file for a mental cruelty case based on what he feels without sufficient proof? 5. I feel my mother in law is responsible for this and is not letting him step back from this decision. She is fit and earning. Can I take legal action against her as I know that she is influencing my husband.
