Cancelled my fully paid puched with my consent

I have order cell phone over amazon india on thursday (7th March'2024), it was promised to deliver on saturday, as per expected delivery date their delivery executive showed-up and I was at office so my younger brother attended him, the executive wasn't ready to open a parcell to make sure what he is delivering is a mobile only so my brother him to take that product with as I wasn't present to receive it, that Amazon executive put my phone under rejection saying I want to cancelled it, I received called from amazon facility for confirming cancellation which I cut without choosing any option because I was in some work, after I cut the call I received notification messages from amazone app stating my order is cancelled so I went to customer care chat and asked for arrange a call back customer support executive listen everything but wasn't able to help much as they have limited option. My fully paid order got cancelled without my consent and top on that I had purchased extended warranty on same amazone team wasn't that couteous to confirm my cancellation with me before cancelling it. After all this and so many chats with executive they are not ready to give me instant refund as it was clearly mistake from their side. I am very disappointed and feeling humiliated because of I tried seeking help from their customer service on every possible spet but it was just a waste of time. They took my money showing add in which product will delivery very next day but after payment delivery date changed from next day to day after tomorrow that was first scam than delivery executive wasnt allowing us to check product at the time of delivery than they cancelled it without my consent and not even paying my refund by accepting their fault isnteed of that they just keep showing me timeline police as it was my mistake. Kindly help me I want them to taste their own medicine of mental harrassment when in the name of customer care there was no buddy to help or care about it
