Purchased a property to online auction from a bank

I have purchased a property from a nationalized bank thro online Auction and paid all the dues in time and got sale certificate and registered the property in my name and transferred all the revenue records in my name, but the bank fails to hand over the possession of property to me even after 3 years bank sec 14 order from District Magistrate tahsildar has be directed to taken possession of property and hand over to bank, meanwhile the borrower was filled a SA in DRT that he has not taken any loan form the bank and some one has impersonated his signature and created mortgage with bank, but DRT has dismissed the SA, but still bank is very slow in taking possession of property, I was following both bank and the revenue department for implementing of SEC 14 order but the borrower with political power delaying the sec 14 order by holding the revenue authority. What move should i take its almost 3 years gone, can i file suit against the bank for cancellation of Sale Deed and refund the along with expense and interest stating that bank as cheated me along the borrower
