Registration of sale deed

A person holding a power of attorney he has executed a sale deed on 1995 in white peper in presence of owner of the property and sale deed was presented for registration but without registration of sale deed was impounded due to unstamped and sent to collector for stamp duty adjudication. in the meantime before collector validate of sale deed, power of attorney was cancelled on 1998, and owner of the property filed a suit before civil court for permanent injunction against purchaser and holder of power of attorney not to interfere peaceful possession of plaintiff court passed order in his favour and restrained to opposite party. in regard stamp duty of unregistered sale deed collector passed order for stamp duty in year of 2004 and stamp duty was not paid at the same and stamp duty was paid on 2017 and after paying sale deed was register after long time passing 23 years of its execution was registered in 2018. in this facts circumstances sale deed was registered in 2018 would be valid in eye of law and can be registration after cancellation of power of attorney should be permitted by law because it was executed before cancellation of power of attorney
