Who keeps JDR (Judicial Dispute Resolution) copy of previously cancelled deed of new flat?

Background - I purchased new flat from builder last year, previously that flat was sold to different buyer, however he cancelled flat & did cancellation deed with builder. officially cancellation deed executed & JDR copy is available with builder for that flat (now as per agreement that flat belongs to me) Question - After entering in re-agreement for same property, who should keep original copy of JDR document? new owner or builder? Concern - earlier I took loan from NBFC & now transferring loan to nationalized bank, earlier NBFC didn't checked much documentation & provided loan however while transferring loan to nationalized bank, they found this flat was sold to another person (based on search report), so they are asking me to get original JDR document from builder. While I have approched builder, he is in denial mode to provide original copy, saying that builder will required original document as proof & bank is telling as he already sold you property, so he should handover all relavant document to you & can keep zerox or soft copy. Note - builder has submitted earlier original agreement copy & cancellation deed at registrar office & having only JDR document (as per search report) I am really not sure how to convince either party as it may stall my loan process
