Sale deed validity

Hi Sir, I am planning to purchase property near Bangalore. To get into details of the property. The property was acquired through Inam Grant by one Mr. Dasagowda. Mr. Dasagowda had 3 daughters through first wife. In 1971, through gift deed he transferred rights of various properties through registered gift deed (EC entry is acknwledged). One of the daughters, Mrs. Kamala has sold the property that she got through Registered sale deed in 1988 to 8 parties. One of the 8 parties, is son of Mr. Dasagowda (through second wife) whose name is Mr. Kesavaraj gowda. MRs, RTC, reflect these transactions. Mr. Kesavaraj gowda sold the extent he got through above sale deed to Mr. Hari gowda in 1989. However in the sale deed (1989), it is mentioned as Mr. Kesavaraj gowda has acquired this property through "Inheritance" , but didn't mention about that he purchased this land from Mrs. Kamala in 1988 and further link to 1971 gift deed. Now Mr. Hari gowda has offerred this land for sale to me. All RTC are updated. We did cross check too. My query is if the sale deed of 1989 is a genuine one and if i can purchase this property.
