Insolvency certificate

My father left us when I was just five years old, burdening us with his debts. Despite the adversity, my mother's family graciously stepped in to support us. Over the years, I pursued my education with the help of loans, and subsequently, my mother underwent a life-saving open-heart surgery. Additionally, I bore the responsibility of financing my sister's marriage. Compounding these financial challenges, my father's old debts, some of which are owed to relatives, amount to approximately 15 lakhs. In an effort to alleviate the strain on my family, I resorted to borrowing from various loan apps. However, I find myself in a predicament where managing these debts has become insurmountable. With a seven-month-old son to care for, I am unable to afford basic necessities for him. Every month, upon receiving my salary, it is swiftly depleted due to bounced checks and EMIs. I am currently in danger due to loans I took from certain applications and bank. I am feeling helpless and worried about the well-being of my family and the future of my son. Now I am facing troubles with collection agents. I have asked the bank to extend and reschedule my loan, but they won't accept it. I am asking for time to pay EMI, but they won't accept it. Now I don't have any savings or properties; all my bank accounts are in the negative due to repeated NACH submissions and accrued cheque bounce charges. I feel like I have no options left in this world. I've heard about an insolvency certificate. Can I get that within 2 days? Mentally, I am under pressure.
