As employee security cheque is ask by company

Hello Ma'am/Sir, my Self joined Medical company base in Delhi, As Medical Representative in Pune from 17th feb 24, company ask me all documents before joining on WhatsApp and documents as fellow: aadhar, pan card, CV, bank pass book, 2 photography. My self submitted on WhatsApp. After that I call for offerletter, they said u would get in few days, company said but u start your work. On 1st Feb 24 MD of company said the managment have been change u have to you to coordinate with Regenional head and for future coordination too. My self was continuing my job. On 12th feb company send me offer letter that u have to join the company by 16 feb 24 they said to confirmation of Joining on mail. I send them that I I Join company. In offerletter they again ask me my documents. I told them I have submitted all documents but they as me blank security cheque signature Otherwise u to resign from job. They have removed me from from job from 1st march 24. They put WhatsApp on stop working. They have not paid Feb salary, daily allowance and Petrol Amount too. Plz help me what should I do. Thankyou.
