Wife and Family Making Property Demands

I am from a Tier 2 city and my mother has an apartment there in her name and in my village my dad has a small house in his name. My mom and dad live in the small house in our village and the apartment in Tier 2 city is empty. I have the option to work from home. My wife works too but earns significantly less than me, but she has to go to the office which is there in Tier 1 city. My wife sends almost all her salary to her mother's home and then fights with me for money and has lavish demands. She has moved me away from the Tier 2 city and made me set up a rented apartment in Tier 1 city. Initially she had told that she would share all the expenses and that she would move back to the Tier 2 city within a year. Its been two years now. Also initially itself she changed her word that she would share half the expenses but she only paid towards half the rent. But her demands are not ending and her mom and she are verbally abusive towards me. I now came to my village for a short holiday. But when going back she is not letting me into the rented apartment to even collect my belongings before I agree to their demands. Now they are demanding us to transfer the apartment to my name and for us to buy a land/property jointly. Else she wont move to the Tier 2 city. And I am not ready to move to the Tier 1 city due to continuous harassment and abuse and also because I have to take care of my elderly parents. 1. Now if she files for a divorce case against me and considering she earns 50000 and I earn around 145000 per month how much alimony/ maintenance can I be liable for ? We have no kids. Also if we do not go for a mutual divorce will the court decide on a one time settlement or will it be monthly maintenance and how much will it be ? 2. I have stayed in the rented apartment for around 1.5 years but now since I am not being allowed there I alternate my time between my village and Tier 2 city apartment. So am I liable to keep paying my share of the rent for the apartment ? 3. How much long can the case run in case of a divorce.
