Regarding road for residential layout.

Dear Sir/Madam, We are planning to buy site/plot in Bangalore East and shortlisted one property, made agreement as well with developer. Just before going for registration [3 days before] we came to know that there is some problem with road approach. And when we checked the issue in detail and came to know that already civil suite is going on in the Civil court and interim order also happened on same case and order says "I.A.No.I filed by the plaintiffs under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of CPC is hereby allowed. The defendants are temporarily restrained from blocking of existing road as per the schedule B property in any manner during pendency of the suit." And the distance from main road [100 feet road] to residential layout is around 500 meters and some part of the land belongs to private property [around 50-80 meters]. So i have the following questions, please clarify the same. 1. What are potential risks and alternative options for us, if court rules against developers [if court order is not in favor of developer]. 2. If the judgement in favor of developer then whether will be having full access from Main Road to till our layout or not. 3. In case if developer sold his all sites/plots, then he is not showing interest in this case. What we have to do as alternate way/can make an mutual agreement with developer saying that you have to fight this case until we get final verdict?
