Auction of agricultural property

We had taken an agricultural loan against a collateral of agricultural land. Due to natural calamities our crops failed and we have been unable to pay the amount and the account went into NPA. There is a last hearing in the DRT tomorrow and I have been said that the land will be put in auction if I am unable to pay the debt or atleast initiate an OTS. We have been trying to raise money from family and friends for the same but unable to due to different reasons and we require more time as conveyed by our family and friends too, but the DRT and the bank is unwilling to give more time. But, from different case judgements I understand that agricultural land cannot be auction under 31(1) as long as the secured creditor proves that the land is an agricultural land and provides evidence of the same. What options do I have if the DRT disregards the above evidence given as we are not in a position to pay the 25% debt due to go to the DRAT and file a counter? Please note: We don't intend to remain a defaulter, we wish to repay the amount in an OTS scheme but want more time which both are unwilling to give.
