Daughters right in property

My grandfather and my father acquired some land by way of partition among my grand fathers brothers in the year 1958. later in the year 1971, my father and grandfather executed a partition suit among themselves and shared the property between them. At that time my aunt (fathers sister) was married and she is not included in the partition. Later in the year 1998 my father trfd one part of his share (recd by way of partition in the year 1971) to me and my sisters by way of partition and another part to myself and my sisters by way of settlement and sold the balance. My grandfather trfd his share to my other sisters by settlement. Two houses acquired by my grandfather and father thro the partition deed of 1958 were given to my father by way of will in the year 2011. This also was trfd by my father to daughters by settlement in the year 2023. My grandfather died in 2016. On that date no property was in his name. Likewise as on date no property is in my fathers name and he is alive. The question is, 1. Can my aunt (fathers sister) ask for a share in the property recd by my grandfather and father in the year 1958 now? 2. Secondly can my aunt ask for a share in the property recd by my grandfather by way of partition in the year between him and my father now? 3. The partition and settlement made by father and daughters of his share rced thro partition of 1971 valid?
