Rights of a home maker wife in self-acquired property

My parents were married for 30 years now. My father kept 60% of his salary in PF and used to squeeze money from grandparents (mother's side) to run the family. My mother is a homemaker and we are 3 children. She contributed in taking care of us brought us up. My father used to send some or the other legal notices to my mom for petty issues. He filed for a divorce, and my mom petitioned for a dismissal (for the sake of children) and it was dismissed. My mother later filed a DVC case , she got an interim maintenance order and my father didn't even pay a single penny. My mother disheartened and with health issues and no support couldn't fight back. From then my mother's parents and us (me & my sister, both just started earning) started taking care of her and my brother's education as father left us. In 30 yrs of marriage, he had bought many lands. He has also given a gift deed to my aunts without our knowledge. Recently, my father without giving divorce, re-married another woman and is living in his own house(self-acquired). We don't have any proof. Does my mother have any right in the self-acquired property? What rights do we have in the property (as children)? He didn't pay maintenance to us since 10 yrs now. We are afraid if he would gift deed the remaining property.
