Tamarind trees in land

Hi, My father has inherited agricultural land from his father which was bought in 1987. The land is of two parts, together its 5 Acres(3.5 acres +1.5 acres). It doesn't have any fencing. Due to his Job he stay's 400 km far and land is in Andhra. The people who sold the land to my grand father are now claiming that The 11 Tamarind trees which are in the property are theirs. Recently when i went to check up on land i got to know about this. So, i went to court and got an injunction order and police aid. I have documents saying complete authority of land is mine. Now the trees are big, so they are saying they sold us land but not trees. At 1987 these trees would have been small plants so they didn't care. we went to court and court gave a judgement that i have complete injunction over my land, but didn't give clarity on trees that are in it, in my boundary. This has been going on for 8 years, still i couldn't get clarity. Now we went on appeal that trees are in my boundary. if trees belong to them they should have some land with it. but they don't have any document. each tree occupies 2.5 cents and for 11 trees it's 27.5 cents i'll lose. Hope you guys can help me.
