We have a big plot registered in the name of our grandfather (from year 1955) which was divided among the legal heirs (son's only) in 4 parts after the death of grand father in year 1980 and got individual possession (kabja). Out of the four parts one sold his land to third party in year 1999 and other 2 made their homes on their own parts of land and one still holding it with kachcha boundrywall. All 4 parts of land got registered via exchange deed (patta) in thier own and their buyer name (becase one part sold) in year 2000 from municipal corporation. 70 year old daughter of my grandfather filed a partition suit in year 2013 against their 4 brothers on the basis of year 1955 document registered in name of grandfather and want her share in this property.
