Legal Recourse for Salary Withholding and Extended Notice Period Without Agreement

I am working in an Remote company from last 3 months based in Mumbai and I am from Gujarat. I have signed an offer letter which states that I need to serve 60 days notice period. I have sent the resignation email on 2nd December 23 and willing to complete the notice period and last working day is 30 January 24. While sending the email, me and manager had a casual talk and the manager said that 'you can send resignation email right now, and you can stay if you wish or you can go if you wish after completing notice period' now only few days left in my notice period and the manager said that you'll have to work with us until the backfill is up to speed (which is not mentioned in the offer letter) I am not willing to extend the notice period any further due to toxicity of work. I have not even received acceptance on email of my resignation but I've sent it to manager and assistant manager. I want to leave the company on 30 January 24 as I've completed notice period, I am afraid that they will hold my salary or full and final settlement. Note: I am still in my probation period and there's no clause mentioned in offer letter regarding notice period while in probation. I would like to know what action I can take if they withhold salary. I'd like to know the legal implications if my employer refuses to release me even after completing the notice period.
