Borrower obtained conditional STAY order from the Hon'ble DRT after 2 days of auction

I have participated in e-auction sale held on 29th November 2023. I received sale intimation email and sale confirmation email from MSTC on the same day. I deposited 25% of bid price in the next day, as per sale confirmation email. On December 1st, the NPA borrowers obtained conditional stay order from the Hon'ble DRT by filing SA. I have deposited the balance 75% Bid amount as per the sale confirmation email. And informed the bank that I have paid the total bid amount. Bank informed that the borrowers has complied with the conditions and deposited the installments mentioned in the stay order. The possession of the property is with the borrowers even after taking symbolic possession in 2016. Bank is not following the matter seriously in DRT. In the above circumstances, What should I do to 1) Get the property registered on my name at the earliest possible 2) How can I ask the bank to get the physical possession even the stay is active 3) How to get the interest for the paid total bid price till I get the registration of the property on my name
