Execution of Eviction order when Rent appeal is pending

My house is occupied by a tenant, who is not paying rent nor vacating the property, when things did not work out on a personal front, we sent a Legal notice and further contested for eviction case, After a long legal battle Judge (Rent controller) disposed the case and passed eviction orders. Following this Tenant filed for a Rent Appeal in the District Session court against the eviction order Meanwhile, we requested the Execution of the Eviction order. The tenant in his appeal did not receive any stay on the eviction order too now,  so warrants for eviction were passed by the Judge, and the tenant requested for early hearing of his appeal, But he was not present for the next couple of hearings of his rent appeal. Now, My question is should I move forward with the execution of the eviction Order? or I should wait for the Rent Appeal to complete, I am worried that the tenant might get some sympathy from the court if I move forward with execution, Further in this case what options tenant has in avoiding eviction and how can we overcome any foreseeable challenge which can come in future concerning it.
