Property dispute over Unregistered will

I'm a Hindu, and I belong to a joint family where my parents, uncle (my tau ji) and I live together. My uncle's wife ( my Tai ji) passed away 12 years ago, and they had only one daughter who got married 25 years ago. My uncle (tau ji ) and (Tai ji) have always treated me more like a son, and our entire family has been close-knit. Some time ago, my uncle created a will, naming me as the inheritor of all his property and mentioning a sum of money for his daughter. Although the will was notarized, it was not registered. Unfortunately, in September 2023, my uncle (tau ji) passed away, and thereafter, my sister initially asked me to take care of everything, mentioning that it's what our father (my tau ji ) always wants and she also reassuring me that she doesn't want anything. However, later, she filed an eviction notice on the property, which I discovered later. So, I managed to obtain a stay on her eviction based on the unregistered will. However, while this stay was in progress, my sister obtained DAKHIL KHARIZ of our farmland. Now, I want to know how I can raise objections and halt her DAKHIL KHARIZ of the land acquired during the eviction. Please guide me on this, and if there are any relevant case laws, share the rulings with me.
