Proportionate area for individual societies eligible for conveyance deed.

Sir, there are 7 Buildings in a housing complex. The promoter amalgamated multiple CTS areas and developed for housing complex. Each building has its own compound wall and entry gate. There entire complex is provided with outer parapet wall with one common entry gate. An internal road from main gate to each society is provided by developer. Each society building has different numbers of units of different size. Each building is registered as separate cooperative housing society ltd. A Federation is formed. Conveyance deed has to be done. My question is 1) what should be the basis for choosing area to be decided for deemed conveyance? 2) should it be allocated area of every society having its own demarcated area with compound wall and gate OR it should go for calculated as proportionate area of the complex ? How the proportionate area will be calculated for one society with multiple buildings with less floor number and similar flat area where as other society with single/building with multiple wings with more numbers of floors and flats of different sizes ? Please guide.
