Interim maintenance

The Ranchi lower court ordered an interim maintenance of Rs ten thousand per month, just on her false statements. The honorable lower court didn’t take account of any points I raised with supportive documents. The points I tried to raise are below. 1. I entered into a void marriage on December 9, 2020. (As she was pregnant before our marriage, and to hide her pre-marriage pregnancy status, she attempted abortion after marriage, leaving alone in Gujarat without giving me any information.) 2. She has a B.Tech. in chemical engineering and has been living independently and working in Gujarat since 2016. And having a salary of twenty-five thousand (approx). She filled out the Rajneesh vs. Neha format with the wrong statements and tried to hide her income status, including her salary account and her job status. Additionally, she holds more than four active bank accounts, which she also tried to hide intentionally. 3. We lived together for 3–4 months, approx.; within that period, she tortured me and my aged parents and left our rented house permanently. We waited for the next 7-8 months, after which I filed a divorce case, and after getting notice, she filed false maintenance and false dowry cases. 4. She indulged in extramarital affairs prior to our marriage. As proof, we submitted her late-night call details and her medical reports, which show she tried to hide her pre-marriage pregnancy and attempted abortion without our intimation, leaving her alone in Gujarat. 5. Additionally, her account detail clearly shows that she is maintained by her extramarital partner while staying at her parental home. 6. I am working in a PSU and submitted my ITR copy with 6.18 lakh per annum in Rajneesh vs. Neha format. (This is not accounted for in the interim order.) 7. I am the only son of my elderly parents. We don’t have our own house; we stay in a rented one. I tried to approach the Jharkhand High Court, and they just provided a directive to the Ranchi Lower Court to take account of the document I am submitting. The high court doesn’t give any directives regarding the interim amount's value. Now, the scenario is that they filed a distress notice in Ranchi lower court, as I haven't paid any amount after the wrong interim order from Ranchi lower court.
