Converaion of tenancy to ownership during redevlopment

Father was tenant. He haad 3 children. One daughter got married in lifwtime of father and left the tenanted premises. The otjer two children one skn and daughter both unmarried become joint tenant. This property later redevloped and both joint tenants got permanent alternate accomodation on ownership basis. Soictey is formed and its been 25 yrs. One of the joint owner died after about 25 yrs of scoiety formation. All dues were paid by sisiter whose name is first as tenant and then as owner of flat. There is dispute raised by sister 25 yrs back that only she is tenant who resided with father but MHADA wrongly mase the son as only tenant. Subsequwntly the sister furnished all documents to prove her tenancy as she and her mother were only residing with father in tenanted premise when father died. Q no.1 when son and daughter got joint tenancy, it is with feature of survivourship. If one joint tenant dies the dthe surving tenant get the sole right. What happen wehn tenancy get coverted to ownership. The ownership of new premise would have feature of right of survivourship. Q no.2 When a permannent alternate accomodation is grantes in joint names. If one of the joint tennat i.e. the joint owner dies tje surving tenant get sole ownership. That is because JOint TEnancy with survivourship is the kind of ownership that devole upon thw son and daughter from father's tenanted property. Father was tenat and the prowpert was tenanted not self acquired hence the ownewrship of the newly alloted tenement on ownership basis will be owned as Joint Renanst which will have feature of right of survivoirship.
