Loan Against Property

Dear Sir, I had taken a Loan of 3 Lacs @ 24.51p.a reducing rate of interest. Against my property from a NBFC in 2016. I had opted for a repayment tenure of 7 years hence my EMI was 7,500/- which I was suppose to pay in 84 Installments. My first installment was on 1st May 2016 and Last Installment was on 1st April 2023 as per the payment plan. Everything was going smooth untill Covid-19 striked. I had availed for moratorium of 3 months which was from 50th Installment to 52nd Installment and post that another 9 installments got overdue. From the 67th Installment till 84th Installment all are paid on time. The total 12 installments Including 3 of moratorium are unpaid till date when I am writing this question on 8th December 2023. My concern is about the Foreclosure Statement I got from them dated 28th November 2023. Which states my foreclosure amount being 2,61,000/- As a lay man my 12 Installments worth 7,500 each were due which comes to a total of 90,000/- I am clue less how the lender is asking me to pay a whooping 2,61,000 Against the overdue amount of just 90,000/- I have paid 72 EMI out of 84 EMI Total loan amount was 3,00,000 With Interest I had repayed 5,40,000 In this scenario can the NBFC keep on increasing this outstanding and reach a certain point which I cannot pay and they can takeover my property from me in future. I am really concerned because I cannot arrange there asked amount of 2,61,000 at one go. And they are threatening me that this amount will get increasing and I need to pay in one go only. I cannot pay this in breakup.
