Mother In Law, Divorce and Visitation

Respected All, I married my wife around 12 years ago, and our marriage was based on love and intercaste (Love Marriage). Due to a family issue, my wife filed a complaint (No FIR Registered - Closed after 2nd counselling), and while the matter was being handled at the police station, I was advised to stay outside of the house, which I have done for the last year. My wife was greatly influenced by her mother, and I believe that my mother-in-law is the primary source of the problem, even if I am consistently attempting to resolve the matter amicably. i want my wife and my childrens and i have gone through few websites and understand their is Conjugal rights option to use, but i know about my wife, if i take any simple action then the impact will be big from my wife & her mother. I am looking for an alternative option like..... 1. Have regular meetings with my wife to help her gradually comprehend the problems and find a peaceful solution to help the family get along. 2. Is it possble to have the Interim Custodian of my children.6 Note: I just need an office regular meetings with wife and children
