Marriage by deception or fraud

Dear Sir/Madam, I was married on 07.05.2023. It was an arranged marriage. Prior to the marriage took place, I asked her several questions related to her past and prevailing health issues and blood group(RH+/-) as I was completely intolerant about those issues. I wouldn't have married her if she had any. She declared that she didn't have any health issues before and now. But, on 30th September 2023, she admitted that she had Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and she might have problem in conceiving babies. Also she was under medication before the marriage. Next day I read many articles about this disorder and got shattered. Although this is now common in women these days, as every 1 in 10 women suffer from PCOS, but it has very serious health implications in future, such as Type 2 Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease and Endocrine Cancer. Is not it a case of cheating? As I wanted to know about her health condition before marriage and but she cold bloodedly suppressed the fact. I have several call recordings where she admitted that she concealed the fact because she feared that, had she revealed her health conditions, the marriage might not have take place. Her family members were hell bent on marrying their daughter with me by hook or by crook. Now, what can be a legal remedy here? Is annulment of marriage possible under Hindu Marriage Act 1955 or any other Law? Can this marriage be declared null and void citing the reason that the consent of the petitioner was obtained by fraud or by deception? If annulment/divorce is granted will I have to pay any alimony to her? She is not working and doesn't have a child in her custody and the duration of our marriage is only 4 months. Is she eligible for any maintenance? If, yes, then how much? My monthly in hand salary is around 73000 per month after deductions(Income Tax, NPS, CGHS).
