International divorce

I'm a foreigner. I got married in both my home country and India 20 years ago and had the marriage formalities done in both countries. Then, 15 years ago, a mutually agreed divorce was finalized only in my home country. There is a reason why divorce is not possible in India. First, my ex-husband and I have continued to live overseas even after we broke up. I don't know the person who registered the marriage. I don't know where the registrar's office is. I remember my wedding day. I remember that the marriage registrar came and handed over my passport etc. and signed it. However, it is unclear whether the application was filed on the day of the wedding. Two of the people who signed the marriage registration have died, and one lives overseas and will have difficulty traveling to India. I heard that it is difficult to get a divorce without a marriage certificate. Is it difficult to find a marriage certificate? If anyone knows, please let me know. Also, if I can prove the fact that the divorce occurred in my country, won't they recognize the divorce in India? I am currently dating another Indian man and am thinking of getting married.
