Can I deny for the recovery of unserved notice period

Hi, I am on notice period since 28th September 2023, as I am facing serious health issues, and I have to serve notice period of 2 months in my company (Tech Mahindra, Hinjewadi Phase 3). However, as I am not in a condition to make it I started taking off by submitting my health test reports, doctors letters and prescriptions, even though after somedays I was forced to come to office or they will mark me as no show. Then despite of having bad health I went to office on 3rd October, worked for half day and then all of a sudden I collapsed on floor due to dizziness, so my TL rush me to the office clinic where they checked my health and recommended to admit me in the hospital ASAP as I started getting breathing problem. So they rushed to to hospital called my husband and admitted me. So I was admitted for like a week and got discharged on 10th October. But doctor asked me to take rest for as i would require alteast 4-6 month to recover my health. So I shared those documents too with my TL and HR still after a day or two, they asked me if I can come to office and if not then they can give me early release. Today on 23rd October, I got a mail stating my early release request is accepted but I need to pay a recovery amount for not serving remaining notice period. And I will also not get a resignation acceptance letter as well. Reading this I am so overwhelmed that even when these people are aware of how I am dealing with my bad health still they are behaving this way. Please let me know what I should do for this as I am not doing it on purpose so why should I be charged for the non serving notice period and why i should not get my resignation acceptance letter which is my right.
