I paid the recovery amount but yet I want to file a case against the company

I joined as senior associate with Marsh and McLennan powai mumbai in Nov 2020, this was my 1st corporate experience. I use to work wfh around 12-14 daily almost the 1st year as it was a pilot process. When I got married in June 2022 I was temporarily relocated to my in laws location, jaunpur up and couldn't resume wfo and thus asked for resignation. My manager accepted my resignation and asked to immediately provide the assets and informed that today itself your company employee ID will discontinue. He over the call didn't mention the notice period. I assumed they will provide me an exception as I really use to work hard and I was also relocated. However my manager the next day responded to my company email regarding the notice period and the consequences if I didn't serve it. They say around September they had sent a recovery letter to my address which I never received. I had resigned om 4th of July and had conceived a baby on 8th of July. It was a difficult pregnancy. In the month of October my husband faced some major loses in the share market post which i again started looking for a job in the same condition thus I realized I needed reliving letter. I begged my company that please consider my medical and financial conditions, a recovery amount of 105162/- is huge. Please provide the reliving letter. They didn't. I had cleared interviews with Accenture and tcs but couldn't join as I didn't had the required document. Upon delivery in March I faced brain hemorrhage and got fits for the first time in life. I was really stresses during my pregnancy in regards to how we will manage Financially without a job. When I got better by God's grace I again started interviewing as by this time I was a victim of domestic violence and was living separately from my husband. I communicated the same to the hr of marsh. Begged them to give me reliving letter so that I can start afresh. But they insisted without me paying the recovery amount that's not possible. Today i paid them in order to not miss a job opportunity with gallagher company in Bangalore. My life is so tough that I will have to stay away from my 6month old in order to earn bread and butter for myself and my daughter. Whatever money I had was a gift from my father as dowry which I plan to return him. I would like to sue Marsh for not understanding my desperate situation and for forcing me to lay such a huge amount in order to get my reliving letter. Can I ask them legally to return my money?
