Can I join client's organization after resigning from my current organization?

When I and my friend joined this organization, we signed an agreement that had the following clause: EXCLUSIVITY AND NON COMPETE The Employee also agrees and undertakes that during the employment with ABC, Employee may obtain information on or obtain contact with many of the customers and prospective customers of ABC. Therefore, to protect the value of ABC's business, for a period of time commencing on the Effective Date and ending twelve (12) months after the date of the termination of Exiting Employees relationship with ABC, Exiting Employee agrees not to, either directly or indrectly, (except in the performance of this agreement), in any capacity whatsoever: (a) solicit, sell to, divert, serve, contact, allow itself to be approached by, or accept business from (i) any customer of ABC who it or anyone else affiliated with Exiting Employee obtained information about under this Agreement and during the twelve (12) month period immediately proceding the termination of Existing Employee's relationship with ABC; or (ii) from any active prospects of ABC that are handled, serviced or solicited by ABC during the twelve (12) months period immediately preceding the termination of Existing Employee's relationship with ABC; or (b) induce, attempt to influence, advise or encourage any client, customer, vendor, employee or representative of ABC to terminate his, her or its relationship with ABC; or (c) interfere with any of ABC's relationships with any customer or supplier. It was a 3-year contract. I have 3 questions: 1) Can I join ABC's client company after completing the 3-year agreement and resigning by all fair means? 2) I have a friend who was recently terminated and had signed the same agreement. Can she also join ABC's client company? Also, the current company is saying that it will not give her any experience letter for her 2 years of work because she was terminated. Can we make the company give experience letter?
