Resignation but bonus is due

I recently resigned from my current position and serving notice period. My company was supposed to pay annual bonus of close to 2.5 lakh rupees in April 2023, but kept delaying the appraisal cycle and bonus payouts for some reason. Now in August, they will be paying out the bonus amount, but they say that according to the employment contract, employees who are serving notice or left the company before the day of disbursement are nor eligible for it. "Note: Employee should be in continuous employment i.e. not exited and not serving notice period on the date ofpayment, to be eligible for the PLI payout. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue theincentive plan at any time. All the other terms and conditions of your employment remain the same. " "For the first review year 2022-23, 100% PLI amount will be paid in April 2023 subject to completion of 2022-2023 performance review cycle" They are refusing to pay this amount, but previously it was mentioned that it was an annual bonus and was supposed to be paid in April 2023, at which time I hadn't resigned and was a full time employee. Is there any course of action which is possible for me at this stage?
