Wrong Termination from Employment by Emmployer

I am currently working in a society set up by the Government of Bihar since last 15 years. In the year 2009, when I joined the service of the society, the qualification required for the job was post qualification + 2 years’ relevant experience in domain. Before that the establishment where I used to work was a private company. However, I contributed to the service of the Society by obtaining experience certificate from my previous employer and have been employed till now. In the year 2021, the Society decided to verify the educational and experience certificates of all the personnel. In this order, the educational and experience certificates submitted by the personnel were sent to the respective universities and to the employer for verification. As feared, the experience certificates of many personnel could not reach the address where it was sent. According to an official of the society, they believe that all such experience certificates are fake. Obviously, one may or may not imagine the existence of a private organization in 12-15 years. Remember that there are some employees who also receive salary in cash in those days. That is, after the closure of the establishment, they could not even present the bank statement in their favor, which could be evidence of their being in the job with their previous employer. The society or its officers want to terminate such employees from the job. What will be the side of the employee? Please tell me.
