Forced resignation from Employer.

I was working with a private company from last 3 months and I am on probation. After 3 months they said either I have to resign or they will terminate me from my services, I asked for the reason they firstly said the performance is not good and I was not agree with that point and I told them that I asked them multiple times to share my targets but they never shared it and how can they calculate performance when they never shared the criteria or parameters to calculate it. After my disapproved on the first statement they said your behaviour is not good I again disagreed on this and asked for examples and they said I don’t reply on WhatsApp msg and I told them it’s not a official way of communication you can send me email or send me message on official application. Then seeing my disapproval on the above statement they said company don’t have funds and you have to resign otherwise we will terminate. I don’t have the option and I resigned, can I take a legal action against them as they don’t give me any notice and also not paying for the notice period. I have 6 years old kid and senior citizen parents who are dependent on me. Can you please help me on this.
