Harrasment of recovery Agent

Dear Sir, We have running loan from Axis Bank and since from last 8 months our financial position was very week. So me and my wife both visited to bank to inform them the situation and requested them to kindly avail Moratorium for next one year to get our financial situation stable. For which bank denied in September 2022. In January 2021 we availed loan from Axis Bank, post COVID. We applied for 72lac but bank disbursed 68lac and Additionally they gave us 1.25lac Life insurance Ulip plan which is not mandatory, but for cross selling they gave us that insurance Due to which there was causes of shortfall of loan then to fulfill that shortfall we took Personal Loan of 2 lac. And there after from February our EMI was started Rs.48,962/- In September 2022 my wife was delivered baby due to which she was unable to do business and caused we went in loss of income. she was unable to operate her office and finally she closed her office due to huge loss and heavy expenses. Since from October 2022 My EMI was irregular due to which bank agents was continuously harassed us keep calling 60-80 calls in a day to me and my wife. I tried to explain them my situation but they didn't bother about my issue also used to bad word to my wife. From January to March 2023 all 4 EMI was dues, so bank recovery agents was harassed us like any thing then they started calling to sister-in-law and started harassing and threatening her that they will go to her clinic and will do create uselessness there. So with that fear she paid our 2 EMI without informing us. There after from couple of month we retrieved our financial situation bit but as my wife income was stopped we are still lagging some 1 EMI last month so as of now we are lagging with one and half EMI. But still recovery agents keep harassing us and keep calling my relatives for the same. Daily agent visit my premises 2 times in a day and getting those threatening calls from their office. Even today i got 27 calls in 35min and this frequency was 3 times in a day so Aprox 60-70 calls in a day and that to since last month 15th June on wards till date and in same manner they are calling to our relatives as well. We are mentally disturbed and harassed by this people. For this Delay of my EMI some how Axis Bank is responsible by 3 ways... 1. Giving Insurance with loan due to which we took 2 lac Personal loan from Bajaj Finance for this we were paying 10,945/- EMI every month 2. We asked Moratorium of one Year, in the month of August 2022 which they denied to approved. 3. Increase in EMI as per bank they calculated our eligibility of repayment of EMI Rs.48,962/- but after increase in Rate of Interest from bank side they increased our EMI up to Rs. 58,900/- With Penalty it goes to Rs.60,000/- every month. I paid penalty in last one year apx. 15,000 to 20,000/- Also RAPO rate was increase from 4% to 6.50% in last 2 years since i availed loan from 2021 so as per our calculation EMI should not increase in this much.
