File case against usa mnc msa safety

Dear Sir, I hope this email finds you in good health. I am writing to bring a matter of great concern to your attention concerning my application for the Contract Manager - India position at MSA Safety, a prestigious multinational corporation based in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, United States. To provide you with an overview of the situation, I participated in the initial round of interviews with Mr. Christiaan Hugo, the reporting manager for the role, on April 11th at 10:00 AM SA time. Following a successful first interview, I was scheduled for a second round of interviews on May 3rd, 2023, with Mr. Jason Wells ([deleted]) and Mr. Christiaan Hugo. During these interviews, the position was thoroughly explained, and we extensively discussed the Position. After the completion of the second round, I received an email from Margo Antoniuk on May 19th, requesting information regarding my current CTC (Cost to Company) and notice period. I promptly responded to the email, attaching all the necessary documents for your reference. Subsequently, when I inquired about the status of my application, I received a response from you on May 30th, stating that MSA intended to extend an offer to me, pending the receipt of the expected CTC information, and that the offer letter would be prepared shortly. During this period, I tried to reach out to Margo Antoniuk for updates but received an auto-reply indicating that she was on annual leave until May 16th. The auto-reply advised me to contact the team manager, Malgorzata Piasecka ([deleted]), in case of any urgent matters. Based on the confirmation from MSA, I proceeded to discuss my resignation with my current employer, Teledyne Flir, as the notice period required was two months. I submitted my resignation, relying on the understanding that the offer letter from MSA would be forthcoming. To my disappointment, on May 20th, I received an appointment letter from Analiza Manalo, an HR Specialist from MSA's Dubai office, which did not align with our previous discussions, my current CTC, expectations, and agreements. I believe there may have been a miscommunication along the way. I promptly brought this discrepancy to the attention of MSA, stating that my current annual CTC is ₹3,081,850 (INR), with a monthly income of ₹2,56,820 (INR), which significantly exceeds the amount mentioned in the appointment letter, namely ₹65,000/- (INR). Given my qualifications, experience, and industry standards, I had anticipated a compensation package that closely aligns with my current remuneration. Despite my attempts to contact Margo Antoniuk and Analiza Manalo via phone, I did not receive any response from them. This situation has left me in a serious predicament after resigning from my current employer, as I relied on the confirmation provided by MSA. I sought advice on how to proceed in this challenging situation, but unfortunately, today I received an email fr
