Suit for Specific performance

I purchased a property by paying full consideration, but the seller had pledged the property with private finance, so took sometime to release the documents for which I paid complete payment, for which he and his wife being the joint owner did part performance by excecuting unregistered sale agreement, affidavit and unregistered GPA without sufficient Stamp duty , when I requested the owners to register the property,on one pretest or the other they were delaying, when I was nearing to the expiry of my sale agreement, I filed suit for specific performance, the lower court examined the unregistered documents and directed the plaintiff to pay the deficient stamp duty and 10 times penalty for unregistered sale agreement and unregistered GPA, meantime the plaintiff paid for unregistered sale agreement stamp duty and 10 times penalty, but didn't pay for the unregistered GPA, meantime one of the two defendant passed away and legal heirs were brought to the papers and hence we all agreed signed for compromise by paying extra amount to the defendant by plaintiff and approached the lower court with the same compromise petition , The Judge noticed the compromise petition and the judgement was passed as follows.... The plaintiff shall pay total amount of Rs 460/- advance amount of Rs 100/-and the balance of Rs 360/-should be paid with in 10 months of time or shall be paid at the time of registration of suit schedule property, failing which by plaintiff, the defendant shall not register the property until recieve the full payment , And the plaintiff shall pay the deficient stamp duty and 10 times penalty for the unregistered GPA and the same is directed to the DC registrar of stamp duty to collect the payment from the plaintiff. My question to the learned council, 1.Do I have time 10 months till the disposal of the case which i have appealed in the High court .or from the date of signing the compromise petition. 2.Should i pay the stamp duty and 10 times penalty for unregistered GPA, for which am not relying on because, have signed compromise petition in front of the court and asked the defendants to come before the sub registrar office to execute the Absolute sale deed by paying sufficient Stamp duty to the Government of Karnataka as per the state stamp duty act. 3.Can i register the property before the disposal of the case in High court with regard to stamp duty and 10 times penalty for unregistered GPA .
