Reg : Cheating done by Cars24 channel partners team.

Hello, Im a cars24 channel partner from Tiruppur, Tamil nadu. This incident happens to me on may 24 2023, Usually we cant see the vehicle directly, before paying the full amount. Just like amazon or flipkart we need buy the used cars by seeing picture, we don't know the real history behind the scene. Atleast those marketplace give option for return if there is any problem , but cars24 deduct (not deduct its cheating) hard earned money from you as forfeit charges. Lets come to the problem, After payment i reached the cars24 yard, I already know there are few issues in the vehicle. But there is major engine problem along with check engine light is glowing, gearbox sound and hard to operate, which may cost more then i expect. So i requested to cancel the vehicle and refund my money. They again inspected and confirmed there is miss inspection but quoted less then 5k for repairing cost, according to cars24 cost less then 5k is not a issue and they wont take the car back. And replied Please take the vehicle or pay 13k for forfeit charge. Actual cost of the vehicle is 90k , but i need to 13k for forfeit charge because of their mistake.
