Unfreeze of Bank Account / P2P Transaction

To provide you with a brief overview, I reside in Mumbai, and on 11th May 2023, I sold 120 USDT (worth Rs 10681) on the Binance platform to a KYC verified user named Sunil Kumar Yadav. The payment for this transaction was received via UPI, and the remitter's name in my bank statement is mentioned as Sunil Kumar Yadav. The purpose of the transaction was the exchange of digital assets, and I have duly transferred the agreed-upon 120 USDT to Mr. Yadav. Approximately five days after the transaction, I was taken aback when my bank placed a lien on the same amount, acting under the directive of the Cyber Cell Gujarat. However, no specific information or clue has been provided to me regarding the reason behind this action. In response, I promptly submitted all the requested documents, including KYC details, bank statements, transaction proofs, and a comprehensive explanation of the transaction, to the Gujarat Cyber Cell team as instructed. Regrettably, I have yet to receive any response or update from the Gujarat Cyber Cell team, leaving me with limited information and options to address this issue. Complicating matters further is the fact that I am currently residing in a different state from Gujarat, which makes it difficult for me to personally visit the authorities involved. Given the circumstances, I kindly request your guidance and intervention to help unfreeze my account. I firmly believe in my innocence and would appreciate any assistance you can provide in expediting the resolution process. It's like anyone can complain UPI transaction and cyber cell freezes the account.. 1000s of incident are happening in India.. Please let me know how to rectify or how can we legally proceed
