Correction of Dubaari hissa number on RTC and MR copy

I have Inheritance agricultural property at Mandya vide RTC survey no. 76/1 total of 1 ekare 17 guntaa.. (owner-1 lingamma 19 guntaa and owner-2 D-gowda & S-gowda () brothers) jointly having 38 guntaa). In 2019-20, we going to done tatkal podi for separated from owner 1. A separate MR and RTC done for owner-2 D-gowda & S-gowda () brothers) jointly having 38 guntaa) as survey no 76/9... Now, problem is as per Aakar Band record only 20 gunta available in survey no 76/9. (out of 38 gunta) We checked out this, and find what happened in survey no 76/9, it's dubari hissa created by land officers and its records. In 1998-99, already created for survey no 76, new hissa number 9 towards podi of survey no. 76/3 total 40 gunta into 2 separate hissa, 1) 76/3 is 20 guntaa and 2) 76/9 is 20 gunta.. But RTC No's was not as per podi No's done at a time(76/3p1 and 76/3p2 created) .. Akkar band also created as per podi number's!!! (76/3 & 76/9). its a great mistake.. 👍🏻 Now, what we can do for correction of Dubaari hissa of 38 gunta - land owner D-gowda and S-gowda jointly...
