Vacant land tenancy (vlt) of mcgm

I am a vacant land tenant of MCGM.my tenancy was terminated in the 1990 after moving myself in the Hon'ble high court against a eviction order under sec 105 b of bmc act. I have paid rent of my VLT till 2013 and i had possession even after my termination of tenancy in 1990. I have many correspondence till 2013 , that MCGM has addressed to me as their VLT (Vacant land Tenancy ) holder . I the year 2013 ,they have taken my possession forcibly using police force alleging termination of 1990 without any prior notice .and i have filed a suit for repossession and objected taking my possession after 23 years of a court order of eviction and termination of My VLT.I have received a status quo by the Hon'ble high court in this suit directing MCGM not to create any third party right and even restricted them for their own use without a 30 days prior notice. Can they take possession like this by force ?? Can they vacate my status quo order by giving a 30 days notice that since my VLT was terminated way back in the 1990 and now they want allot or lease this VLT suit plot to someone else as they will generate some revenue from the purchaser.. Can they do it pending the suit since 2014.?? Pls.reply Thx.
