Partition Deed

Background We are a family of 8 children . My parents passed away without leaving any will in the year 2013. Subsequently we got into an understanding amongst all of us and shared all the properties to everybody’s satisfaction . Of the properties shared there were 2 properties purchased by my brother and me in my mothers name as we were abroad and we have all the proof for the financial transaction made in my mother’s name . These 2 properties was also listed in the overall properties and these 2 were allocated to only both of us and it was agreed upon by all as they also knew that we had funded for the purchase. The partition deed was made accordingly amongst the children on the above lines and was duly registered in the year 2015. We have in the same year taken possession of the properties and got the katha etc changed . I have below 3 queries now 1.Can any of the person amongst the 6 children other than both of us make claim to the property funded by us and asking for equal share in that now after 8 years? 2.Is there any limitation clause that will apply to the registered partition deed for making such claim ? if so after how many years? 3.Can one person make such claim even if other 5 children are not interested in making any such claim?
