Child Information

Dear Sir,Madam I am writing to request your legal advice regarding my visitation rights with my daughter, who is currently living with my ex-husband in another country. Additionally, I would like to inquire about my rights to access any counseling information provided to my daughter by her school. My ex-husband and I divorced a few years ago, and our daughter has been living with him for the last 2 years. She is now 11 years old. I am concerned that my ex-husband may prevent me from spending time with my daughter, and I would like to know what legal action I can take to ensure that my visitation rights are upheld. I have also been informed that my daughter has been receiving counseling at her school and that she has been upset, and crying in the library. Since then she has stopped all communications with me. As her mother, I am deeply concerned about her well-being and would like to know if I have the right to access any information about her counseling. Can the school share this information with me? If so, what is the legal process for obtaining it? I would be grateful if you could provide me with legal guidance on these matters.
