Ancestral property

Sir goodmorning, My father and my uncle(elder brother) were two brothers. My uncle shifted from his ancestral land to some other district and built his residence and purchased agricultral land there in 1985.There enire agricultal land was in possession of my father. In 1993 my grandfather died and ancestral land was tranferred in name of my father and my uncle. My father helped my uncle throughout his life. In year 2004 my uncle made a registerd will in my favour of his share of ancestrol land and gave an acknowldgement receipt of receipt of 1.5 lac for the share of 1/2 portion of share of his younger son and with condition that if they disagree at any stage they will pay double amount i.e 3 lac alongwith 18 % intrest and ask that same amont be paid to his elder son for his share.Lateron in his old age in year 2018 a new will was made by uncle which was also registerd that his entire property be diveded equally between his two sons after his death. Now, at present we do not dispute will and agree that last will is acceptable. Now at present both the sons agree that they will tranfer there share of land in my favour when the ancestral land is transferred in there name after will is efftected through tehsildar. Now we are of doubt that younger son may sell his share of ancestrol land to someone else. Now my question is that can we get stay so that he cannot sell property to anyone on the ground that my uncle has received the amount of Rs 1.5 lac for his share of land in 2004 when wil was made in my favour or on any other ground so that family relations are also not turned bad. Thanks
