Rights of using common passage

There was a land which is divided into four plots(A,B,C,D) to sale out and a common passage(10 feet wide and 54 feet long) in between plot A and plot B from main road(16 feet wide street) to reach out the plot C and D. Firstly owner of plot A(50 feet long 42 feet wide on the right hand side of common passage) and owner of plot B(45 feet long 38 feet wide on the left hand side of common passage) purchase plot from land owner directly and make house for own use and both made frontage entrance from the main road. after few years owner of plot C(45 feet long 43 feet wide on the back side of plot B) purchase land and make house for own use and lastly after some more years owner of plot D(40 feet long 47 feet wide on the back side of plot A) purchase land and make house for own use. Both C and D usage common passage to reach out of there home cause there are no alternative way or passage for them. Now the plot A owner go for a joint venture with promoters and want to make apartment on his plot and use the common passage for entrance and also for car entrance for garage. I am the owner of plot D and want to know about our rights regards this. can we object about entrance from common passage and how much construction they made on their plot.
